In 1966, Jim Elfes a young lad who was brought up in produce farming and operating greengrocer stores, could see the demand for supplying fresh produce direct to Sydney's then fledgling food and hospitality industry.
Now the longest running fruit and vegetable providore to be operating in Sydney, we continue to offer customers our knowledge, expertise and personal service procuring the highest quality fresh produce we can source on each given day.
Jim is still involved in the day to day running of the business with the same passion when he started 50 years ago.
He is joined by a strong team with the same goals and his sons now a 2nd generation in sharing the same vision. Won't be long before the 3rd generation come on board!
